Since the last update 3-4 weeks ago, I can no longer use Reelz, which is why I subscribed in the first place. Now the app cuts off when the phone goes to sleep, same thing if I try to browse when it's on. Previous version had none of these problems. If it's not fixed very soon, I will unsubscribe since Reelz is all I want. I suspect these are the same for all channels. I should mention that this is only when casting it to the TV. No problem before the update! Going on over months now! No fix ...

App won't load up on Android or smart TV just get the spinning wheel. It was working on both until about a week ago. Contacted live chat support and they were no help at all. Asked technical questions about my devices I don't have any idea what they were talking about. Works fine on laptop when I sign in on their website and not the app.

I can't get the app to send me a verification email. I've checked all avenues for the email. On top of that because id this- I can not make adjustments to my subscription (that I want canceled now). If this does not get resolved I will literally have to go through hoops od getting new bank card. And canceling my current card all to avoid a subscription charge that could easily be canceled if the appe would work like it's supposed to.
