Of course we're frustrated, but it's easier said than done to actually put down our phones and "be present in the moment".
So we asked ourselves, how can we make it FUN to do a mini digital detox everyday? Introducing Phoneless.

Annoying
I close my apps constantly and having to leave this one open all the time was just annoying. My phone already tells me my screen time every week. I used the app for a day. I don’t think it would have “helped” me. Of course, I’m not really addicted to my phone either. So maybe it would help someone who is.
Get off Yo Phone Yo
I needed a reminder to tell me to get off my phone. It has fully consumed my life and I think this app has been a helpful tool to remind me how much time I loose on my phone every day. I think if more people start using it, we could all help encourage one another to start being more present and not so consumed with our insta feed and online shopping. Great and well designed app!
I love the nudges
I don’t normally write App Store reviews but this app is actually magical. I tried apples screen time thing but always just ignore it so it’s pointless. I think this app works because it’s with friends so when I get a nudge from them I get those butterflies in my stomach then put my phone down lol
